Location Jeddah Job Type Full-Time Regular Job Description Our Client: One of our FMCG clients based in KSA is urgently looking to hire a Helpdesk Specialist to be based in Jeddah. Your Role: The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Response to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements a solution. Visit branches on-site and responsible for purchasing IT equipment & Accessories. Must Have: 2-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor or Diploma in Computer science or Network Engineering Professional qualification (i.e. MCITP, CompTIA A+ ) is a plus Good communication skills in English Experience in Windows/Mac environment, Google Collaboration Apps and Office 365 Active Directory maintenance and Exchange knowledge Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users English & Arabic Managing Expectations: At Mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels.
